RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

Purchases made from online store of https://www.sohonest.in cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone.

Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 30 days of placing the orders. Any queries or concerns beyond 30 days from order confirmation date will not be entertained.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at sohonest.in@gmail.com. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 200.

Additional shipping charges are applicable on orders below Rs. 200 as mentioned while placing the order. We can ship our products all across India.

Delivery time can take anywhere between 1-12 business days. We usually get your shipments delivered on the earlier side but it also depends on your location.

Even though we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, there are certain conditions under which the delivery may get delayed:

*  Incorrect PIN code

*  Nobody available at shipping address

*  Unforeseen circumstances beyond the Control of our logistics partners
